Brett Dengate Chef/Owner Ocean Restaurant as a young chef worked in several of Australia’s best hotels and restaurants he then worked as Executive Chef in Five Star Hotels Malaysia, Darwin, Hobart and Palm Cove Queensland winning many awards in this time including Best Western Restaurant – Malaysia and Best Restaurant – Northern Territory

More recently owning several restaurants in NSW which have won Best Seafood Restaurant Regional NSW R&C Awards 12 times since 2005 and Best Seafood Restaurant National Awards 2016 Siver Medal (second in Australia).
